Carmel (as presented in historical reports) was a place where the “Spring of the living waters” made room into the hearts of those people looking for “a better life” and whose real life could offer them satisfactions which were nothing but false and futile; the disappearance of these satisfactions, be it only for one moment, would leave the soul empty, disappointed and eager to grab these transient satisfactions some more. Back then, at Carmel, people were provided with “water”, abundant life, by means of a man inspired by the “Water of life”.
CARMEL is in fact a pseudonym of the Author. Everything you can find on this site, He was the one who inspired the author to create; thus, there came into being this place, CARMEL, which is thought to be a revival of the ancient Carmel experience into your soul. Had the author not met CARMEL, your presence here wouldn't have been possible.
The author came into contact with CARMEL and, from that moment on, his life has been changed, along with his attitude towards everything that has a transient value due to its mere belonging to this life; it was the moment marking the focusing of attention entirely on those things that have eternal connotation. The conclusions the author reached, being helped by “Water of life”, have been put together under a form of a book, a message addressed to those who – at their turn – may be impressed and motivated by what CARMEL has to share to them.
By means of this site, CARMEL wants to meet you as it has a lot of things to share with you, to offer you; it aims at making you look towards Him, towards better values and aims, better perspectives, much more better indeed, as they are eternal.
What does CARMEL represent? Do you want to know the way you can take “water” from “the Spring of the living waters”? He Himself talks about Him and His offer in the CARMEL message (“Torrents of glory... out of tears of Heaven and longing”). The author of this project represents a mere tool by means of which His message should reach you and touch your heart. His words are comfort, hope, love... truth and fulfillment.
